So I've been putting up points for sale recently. For the most part everything is fine. This last one, however, I posted 300 points. I logged in to check if any sold -- nothing in temp storage. I checked today to see if I could undercut and sell more and it shows all my points have been purchased.

I know that temp storage only stays for 24 hours, but I checked every day. What would have led to nothing showing in my temp storage page to pick up? And is there any way to get this money back? It would suck to just lose almost 45 mil because a small bug like that

You probably could have checked it 25 hours later for example, but if not, well... I'll let CK handle it

There were three people whose points I partially returned to their accounts, in case someone bought them out before they had a chance to change their rates, in light of points getting a touch more rare.

Your username rings a bell. It might be the explanation for your missing revenue - you never sold them
