I was level 44 then leveled up to 45 in which im supposed to recieve a skill point correct?

I never recieved that skill point.     If anyone can help me out it would be great.

I believe at one point you were level 45, and when you went inactive you got attacked down a level- so you already received that point

you don't get another one from getting back to where you were

I have not changed the way the skill points are awarded since early last year. I doubt it would suddenly stop working

Like he said, if you have already been to that level before, you won't be awarded another skill point.
